Georgia Source IBC

At Georgia Source IBC, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality reconditioned and rebottled IBC totes. We are proud to help our customers create a more sustainable environment through the reuse and recycling of IBC totes.

Reconditioned IBC Totes

Our reconditioned totes go through a high-pressure, hot water triple interior wash process and exterior power wash. Next, the totes are tested to ensure there are no leaks. Then, they go to our prep line, where our team repairs any cage damage and touch-up cleaning to the exterior of the bottle. Finally, the totes are inspected before being shipped to our customers. We offer two grades of reconditioned IBC totes. Our Grade A totes look practically new, with no rust on the cage and no stains on the bottle. Grade B totes go through the same process as our A totes, but the cage may have some small dents or slight rust, and the bottle could have some vague staining or discoloration.

Rebottled IBC Totes

When we receive totes with bottles that cannot be reconditioned due to issues such as leaks or discoloration, we remove the bottle and send it to be recycled. Next, we repair or refurbish the cage as needed before installing a new bottle.

Wash Service

Do you have your own totes and simply need them washed and returned to you? We can help! We will pick your totes up and bring them to our facility. Upon arrival, our team will grade the totes. You will receive a copy of the grade sheet noting any totes that are damaged and cannot be reconditioned, along with photos. These totes may be returned to you if you wish, or we will recycle them for you. The remaining totes will go through our reconditioning process, including interior and exterior washing, leak testing, cage prep, and inspection.
